Perfect Birthday Present

I finally received the closing documents for my house in Utah. I signed the 2 inch stack of papers and just delivered them to the UPS store to have them overnighted back to the title company to finish the closing process. We have waited a month past our original closing date, but it makes us appreciate it even more. I have to admit, arriving in Utah within the next week will be the perfect birthday present for both me and Robbie!
